Baby Sean was born March 8 at 9:26 a.m. He weighed 7 pounds 3 ounces and measured 21 inches. He and I are both tired but doing fine. I’ll probably go on a blogging hiatus as I adjust to taking care of this little guy.

As the parent of a 22 month old and another one still unborn, I can easily tell you that parenting is the hardest, funniest, most fulfilling, most frustrating, and most encompassing adventure I’d ever been part of.
Congrats, Shannon. Our kid is named Molly Ruth. She loves music, singing, and lyrical sounding language. And she is starting to teach me things, not just existential things or abstract things but actual points of fact. Whoa. Already smarter than I.
I hope you are starting to feel like a normal human being again, with somewhat more regular sleep!
